Downloadable items are available for download immediately after the payment has been received. You’ll find the direct download links in the order confirmation sent to your e-mail.

The order confirmation confirms your registration for a course. We’ll be in contact by e-mail about the details of the course at a later date, before the course starts.

We take no responsibility for delays in the event of force majeure (any circumstance not within the reasonable control of the Society) or for indirect harm caused by these delays.

Special Terms and Conditions for courses

You’ll register for a course by paying the course fee. In principle, you cannot cancel the registration or have the course fee refunded. Failing to attend to the course won’t warrant a refund of the course fee either. The course fee can be refunded in the case of illness or in the event of force majeure (like a strike or natural disaster). In the case of illness, a written statement from a doctor is required. We deserve the right to cancel a course. In this case the course fees will be automatically refunded. The entrants will be informed of possible changes and cancellations personally. By paying the course fee you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Special Terms and Conditions for downloadable content

Downloadable content can’t be refunded after it has been delivered.

Right of withdrawal

Besides the exceptions mentioned above the following Terms and Conditions apply:

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without announcing the reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.

In order to use your right of withdrawal, you must notify us about your decision to cancel the contract in an unambiguous way (for instance, by mail or email).

If you decide to cancel this contract, we will return you all transactions we have received from you, including shipping costs (but excluding additional costs from using a different shipping method than the most affordable one recommended by us by default), without delay and in any case within 14 days counting from the time we received your notice of return. We will perform the refund using the payment method you used in the original transaction, if you have not explicitly agreed otherwise, and in any case at no additional cost to you.

You must send the goods back without delay and within 14 days from sending the notice of return. You will have followed the due date, if you send the goods back before said 14-day period ends.

The customer is only responsible for such decrease in value of an item, that is a direct result of some other use than is required for the determining the nature, qualities, and functioning of an item.
